LINUX / UNIX Engineer
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experienced

• Min Diploma Degree, in technical majoring

• Have experienced in Linux Installing, familiar with basic command Linux

• Good command with scripting based (bash, perl, python, ruby etc)

• Good command with domain name server and mailserver will be advantages

• Good command on programming will be advantages

• Ready for shift working

TECHNICIAN
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• Male, maximum 30 years old

• Min STM/D3/S1 (Electricity, Electronics or Telecomunication)

• Min 1 years experienced

• Willing to work Shift

• Have a good skill in network area

• Computer literate (MS Office and internet application)

• Willing to be place at Karawaci Office

Senior Legal Operation  


Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in law from a reputable university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 from a reputable university.
• Holding a minimum of 5 years working experience in the area of corporate/commercial law.
• preferably holding a minimum of 1 years working experience in a law firm.
• Possessing excellent English and Bahasa in speaking and writing.
• Strong understanding of the applicable Indonesian regulatory issues.
• Strong understanding in drafting corporate and commercial contracts.
• Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
• a personable manner, a desire to learn, leadership, the ability to work in a team, responsible and a down to earth approach in work and life.

Responsibilities

1. Contract drafting, preparation and negotiation.
2. Provide legal advisory to other division s within the company.
3. Maintain contracts and licenses of the company and its group.
4. Join and lead necessary professional development meetings and workshops as directed by the Corporate Legal Department Head.
5. Assist the Corporate Legal Department Head in any corporate action and other major transaction as directed.
6. Report to the Corporate Legal Department Head.
