Network Administrator - Jakarta

Task & Responsibilities

• To set up the local / wide area networks for end users to support their business

• Provide technical solutions for end users in using systems to support their day-to-day business

• Providing high level support primarily for end users via on-site, telephone, electronic mail, and communicating with end users who possess a wide range of LAN / WAN technology

• Setup and manage Cisco router to connect to WAN network from / to HQ to Branches

• Setup and manage Proxy Server (BlueCoat) to provide Internet Applications

• Responsible for designing, planning, and management of server and the network infrastructure such as UTP / Fiber Optics cabling with Cisco L-3 Switch and 3Com Switch

• Ensure LAN / WAN continuing functionality and maintain instructional technology

Qualification Required

- Male / Female
- 25-28 years old
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Information Technology
- Minimum three years experience in Networking
- Expert in Networking (switching, router, security device, Voip)
- Good project management

Product Development Staff
Task & Responsibilities

• Responsible for new product development, revision / improvement of existing products, and regulatory compliance

• Assist PDQC Manager in designing new packaging

• Assist PDQC Manager in product testing

• Assist PDQC Manager in improving the current product's specs

• Assist PDQC Manager in following up time table for product launching

• Update food regulations of countries, especially for countries with Chinese language

• Assist PDQC Manager in production trial for new products and process improvement

Qualification Required

• Female with maximum age 23 years old

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology

• Having interest & good knowledge in Food Technology

• Can read and write Mandarin is a must

• Excellent computer skills in power point, word, excel, and other microsoft office programs

Investor Relation Supervisor

Task & Responsibilities

• Main responsibility is to support Investor Relation function by making quarterly analysis on business unit performance including benchmark it to competitors and / or industry. Which business unit will be supervised by new employee depends on future job allocation among Investor Relation members. This job includes maintain and update data base on business units, industry, and macro economy. New employees will gradually increase his / her involvement in any projects such as analyst briefing, annual general meeting, annual reports, etc.

• Understand the company's business operation

• Collect data and / or information in relation to business units, industry and macro economy

• Update data base in relation to business units, industry, and macro economy

• Provide quarterly analysis business units

• Provide analysis on business units performance in comparison to the peers or industry

• Attend any regular meeting of business units and prepare minutes of meeting on any issues discussed during the meetings

• Attend and observe any investor meetings to speed up his / her learning process in understanding Company's business operation as well as Investor Relation job

• Attend any investor meetings and prepare minutes of meetings

• Become a second man to lead any investor meetings

Qualification Required

• Preferably Male

• Minimum education : Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university (overseas university would be an advantage)

• Minimum three years experience

• Have knowledge in accounting and / or finance (including financial analysis technics)

• Good analytical thinking for doing in-depth analysis

• Computer literacy (at least MS Office)

• Good in English (preferable both in written and speaking)

• Able to work in a team

• Able to work under pressure

• Should be ready dealing with investors / analyst

Research & Development Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

To plan, execute and evaluate research and development activities, also organize staff to ensure its highest optimum result and analysis.

Roles:

• Preparing design experiment, including: data collection, product benchmarking, methods, raw materials needed and tools required.

• Conduct experiments using several methods/treatments and analyze its result

• Conduct and analyze end product application (such as bread, noodle, cake, cookies etc.)

Requirements:

• S1 Food Technology minimum GPA 2.80 out if 4.00

• Posses knowledge and skill in flour (wheat, rice, cassava, etc) and its product applications

• Posses strong analytical thinking, accuracy, innovative and creativity, concern for quality and order

• Posses strong personal skills, a self-starter, ability to work under pressure and as team member

• Minimum 2 years experience in: R & D or product development area, preferably from bakery, noodle or wheat flour/flour improver-related products company
