Medical Representative (location Batam)
Responsible for building the business and achieve sales, data collection and strike targets within the assigned territory, by establishing & maintaining good relationship with key accounts (hospitals, medical care, pharmacy and other institutions). Post Code: MRB

Responsibilities:

• Establish a business relationship with key personnel in the relevant accounts

• Identify and select high potential customers within the assigned territory.

• Plan, negotiate and review business activities within the relevant account on a regular basis

• Prepare account budget & planning, and update forecasts on a monthly basis

• Conduct effective 4S (Sales Call Process) and negotiation skills

• Presents products or business proposal in professional manner to gain and meet customer's trust and demand

Requirements:

• Diploma degree in any discipline

• Experience minimum 1-2 years as medical representative

• Must have excellent relation with local and international hospitals, medical care, maternity hospital, pregnancy group, medical doctors, pharmacy and other entity related for demand creation

• Background from dairy or pharmaceutical

Medical Sales Supervisor (location Medan)

• Coordinate Medical Representative team

To ensure, support and monitor the quality implementation in the organization from supplier until to distributor. Post Code: QAAM

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure that Finished Product release are met with Fonterra Standard and Specification

• Monitor the raw material that is used for production are meet to Fonterra Standard and specification

• Handle a consumer complaint in the right track and follow it up to co-packer

• Responsible in payment process of laboratory invoice

• Responsible in Contaminant Program

• Support the implementation of Good Warehouse Practices

• Support in documentation and improving in SOP, WI and Form

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any relevant major

• Minimum 5 years in food industry

• Has a good knowledge in HACCP, GMP, Basic Micro, ISO9001, ISO 22000

• Preferred has auditor experience background

• Industry background: dairy or food product

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts

• Prepare monthly management reports, budget and entity consolidation package

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

• Prepare tax computation

• Perform daily accounting duties (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable etc)

• Process staff expenses claims and reimbursement

• Monthly inter-companies and projects & costs billing and reconciliation

• Statutory accounting compliance including ACRA annual filing of returns

• Handle audit and tax queries

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Preferably a Degree or Diploma in Accountancy

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts

• Organized, meticulous, independent with good initiative

• Good interpersonal skills with enthusiasm to excel together with the team

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
