Job Description: 

Ensure the correct implementation of advertising & promotion activities, and the achievement of targeted marketshare & sales volume objectives by planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all sales and promotion activities.

• S1 graduate.

• Having solid experienced as a Sales for min. 2 years, from Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

Utilities Engineer
(Jawa Timur - Sampang Agung, Mojokerto)

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational process on Utilities i.e. boiler, cooling plant, air plant, CO2 recuperation plant, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plant in a safe and efficient manner.

• Make recommendations on major overhauls and spareparts replacement, identify abnormalities and recommended spare parts.

• Develop & implement energy conservation projects.

• Manage the performance of all utilities within the plant.

• Develop structural problem solving approach with detail analysis in order to have preventive & routine maintenance program in managing and maintaining all utilities within the plant.

• Manage the implementation and discipline in execution of planned maintenance in order to minimize the level of breakdown.

Requirements:

• University graduates with Industrial Engineering / related background.

• Min. 3 years of solid experiences in utility engineering.

• Familiar with continous improvement method TPM & SAP

Packaging Supervisor
(Banten - Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the packaging department.

• Ensure the quality of the products are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations and also contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality.

• Ensure the achievement of KPI’s (Line performance, Energy consumptions, Packaging Material Losses, etc.) through TPM approach.

• Ensure the adherence of safety procedures.

• Takes all measures and control the quality and timely daily production reports (downtime reports, water and other materials consumption report) as well as correct transmission within the brewery.

Requirements:

• University graduates from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Has practical and theoretical knowledge of various packaging machines

• Min. 3 years of solid experiences in packaging

• Familiar in Quality Management System is essential

• Familiar and practicing of TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, SAP

• Good command of English, spoken and written (reporting)

• Good problem solving capabilities.

Brewing Team Leader
(Banten - Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the brewing & cellar section.

• Ensure the quality of the products are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations and also contribute to continuous improvement of the process and product quality.

• Ensure the beer availability for packaging according to the production plan and norms by overseeing and coordinating the brewing & cellar section, analyze, control materials flow, equipment, reports and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations.

• Analyze, control, report and implement all necessary measures to ensure continuous improvement by maintaining efficient utilization of equipment, material and manpower.

• Ensure that the safety procedures are adhere to, implemented, create awareness through the safety and health committee.

• Takes all measures and control the quality and timely daily reports (brew/batch reports, SAP and materials consumption report) as well as correct transmission within the brewery.

• Identify opportunities to continuously improve operation or performance standards in line with the spirit of Kaizen/TPM.

• Ensure that the equipment, brewing & cellar section and its surroundings areas are kept clean and tidy.

Requirements:

• University graduates from relevant discipline (Chemical, Food Technology, Microbiology, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation/Automation)

• Min. 3 years of successful relevant practical experience in various departments (production/utilities/QC/QA) in the brewery or other food industry.

• Advance level of knowledge on production processes in food industry, engineering aspects, quality assurance and instrumentation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures good execution of preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs, availability of utilities, and good condition of buildings and civil works.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

• Having minimum 3 years of solid experienced in maintenance of Utility and Production process equipment

• Experience from food & beverages manufacturing is preferable.
