Head of Asset and Administration
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

    * Position description:
          o Fixed asset management data and monitoring all administration


    * Job Responsibilities:
          o Verifying all payment document and coordinate with Fincon for the settlement
          o Review existing file and archives and ensure the maximum and effective usage of archive warehouses
          o Review monthly cost for all account bases on GL Certification.
          o Monitoring all fixed asset data, registration, movement and write off process
          o Providing monthly report as needed

Requirements:

    * Good in English both oral and written
    * Has an Accounting back ground min 2 years experiences, knowledge of fixed asset management would be preferable
    * Good in computer skill (Lynux, Word, Excel)
    * Good to work as a team
    * Able to handle multiple job under strictly deadline


Retail Banking & SME Auditor
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

    * Position description:
          o Conduct comprehensive audit coverage (preparation, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up on the closure of audit findings) in Retail Banking & SME


    * Job Responsibilities:
          o Conduct the Retail Banking & SME Audits as planned during the year (preparation, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up on the closure of audit findings)
          o In conducting the audit, comply with the prevailing Rabobank Audit Standards (RAS) and document the working papers in Audit Rabobank Tool (ART)
          o Ensure that the auditees are satisfied with the interaction by Internal Audit Team (auditee are made aware of higher risk items identified on a timely basis)

Requirements:

    * Minimum education qualifications:
          o Having bachelor degree
          o Having Risk Management Certification (BSMR) level 1 is preferred
    * Other experience or skills required:
          o Minimum 2 years experience in retail banking and/or auditing
          o Willingness to travel out of Jakarta (at least 75% of the total time in a year)
          o Good communication skills in both verbal and writing (having proficiency in English is preferred)
          o Good analytical skills

Network Engineer
(Jakarta Raya, Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the architecture and engineering of all Rabobank International Indonesia sites and support expertise for the global Rabobank International network.

Requirements:

• Three years experience in telecommunications, focused on design and deployment of Local and Wide Area Networks and Gateways.

• Good experience in design and deployment of EIGRP, OSPF and BGP routing protocols.

• Good experience in design and deployment of QoS and traffic contracts in LAN/WAN.

• Good experience in design and deployment of network interfaces to Layer 3 MPLS-VPN networks.

• Good experience in the deployment of VoIP solutions in general, and Tatung specifically.

• Good documentation skills.

• Hands-on Network Management skills using MRTG or Cacti, NetFlow Tracker, SolarWinds or HP Openview, InfoVista.

• Familiar with protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft networking infrastructure.

• Good level of English (confident in speaking and writing)

System Engineer
(Jakarta Raya, Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Design of generic IT Infrastructure services (e.g. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print services).

• Providing technical solutions for new business requirements

• Safeguard system performance, analyze trends and highlight anticipated issues to management

• Ensuring that all local IT infrastructure documentation is accurately maintained

Requirements:

• Three years experience in system engineering, focused on design

• Good Experience in MS Windows 2003 server, Active Directory, DNS, NTP, DHCP, File & Print services, Linux OS and Linux-Windows inter-operability (SAMBA, NFS).

• Experience with Linux user/ rights management, CUPS

• Experience with HP server design (server dimensioning, raid configurations)

• Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Desktop

• Familiar basic networking knowledge (routing, firewalls, TCP/IP protocol)

• Good communications and documentation skills (English).

Head of System & Procedures
(Jakarta Raya, Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Review existing policies, procedures, guidelines and user guides to implement acceptable & proper control to avoid any potential risk in banking operational process

• Define policies, procedures, guidelines and user guides to ensure proper segregation of duties, accountability, control and efficiency in operation.

• Analyzes operation procedures and makes recommendations on simplifying those procedures

• Monitor correspondent banking activities

Requirements:

• Banking Operation knowledge

• Banking Accounting knowledge

• Proficient computer skills required (Power Point, Excel, Word, Linux)

• Good verbal & written communication skills, including English

• Good teamwork spirit
