SAP – Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Having experience in IT Consultant Company is a plus.

• Practical SAP experience in a core module area(s) (latest SAP version experience is an advantage) : FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, HR, ABAP, BASIS, BI and BW

• Programming expertise, and experience in new technology areas are required.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and consulting skills.

• Perform consultancy works in project and support environments.

• Consult, design, build and maintain SAP system in the respective module area.

• Support presales activities such as proposal making and customer presentation.

Requirements:

• Male or Female, Max. 35 years old.

• S1 is a must from any Computer major, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting/Accounting Information Systems or Computer Science preferably.

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skill both in Indonesia and English.

• Very high attention to detail.

• Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline.

• Customer Service Orientation, Conceptual & logical thinking, strategic thinking, interpersonal skill, adaptability, stress management, impact & influence, delegation & follow up.

• Strong communications and customer relationship skills.

• Able to steer and contribute to proposals and customer meetings.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a multi-national team

• Willing to travel or work anywhere as required.

Senior Executive Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts

• Prepare monthly management reports, budget and entity consolidation package

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

• Prepare tax computation

• Perform daily accounting duties (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable etc)

• Process staff expenses claims and reimbursement

• Monthly inter-companies and projects & costs billing and reconciliation

• Statutory accounting compliance including ACRA annual filing of returns

• Handle audit and tax queries

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Preferably a Degree or Diploma in Accountancy

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts

• Organized, meticulous, independent with good initiative

• Good interpersonal skills with enthusiasm to excel together with the team

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software

• Ability to commence work immediate or within a short notice will be added advantage

• Base in Medan, Sumatera Utara.

• Min. undergraduate (D3) in Chemical / Mechanical Engineer from reputable university

• GPA min 2.75 (scale 4.0)

• Fluent in English both oral and written

• Has a strong leadership skills

• Has a good communication & interpersonal skills

• Able to work in individual or in team

• Able to work under pressure
