Responsibilities:

As Branch Manager you are responsible to acquire New Banking customers in order to contribute to the growing consumer banking business. Represent Rabobank in dealing with banking segment customers, and ensure the productivity level in the team. Enforcement of regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Female or Male,

• S1 / S2 from any reputable university

• Ability to speak foreign language (English or Mandarin is advantage for North and West Area)

• Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving skills

• Min. 5years experience in banking industry as a Branch Manager & has customer base for lending and funding

• Have a strong marketing, strong leadership & excellent interpersonal relationship skill

• Have The ability to undertake heavy workload (responsible in achieving branch target, maintain service quality and operation of the branch)
