Job Description
- Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment, retention processes
- Conduct pre-screening, interviews and manage on-boarding process
- Recruit and source an inventory of qualified and talented candidates
- Assist in maintaining HR Information System / Manpower Management
- Generating reports as required.
- To focus on vacancy / job profiling based on organizational requirements
Qualifications:
- Applicable for fresh graduates
- Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in HRM, Business Administration, Accounting
- min GPA > 3.00
- English proficient, Good interpersonal skills, good skills, high analytical skills & fast learner

2. Position: Korean Literate (Subject : KL)
Job Description
- Convert written material Korean language into Indonesian or English and vice versa
- Ensuring the translated version conveys the meaning of the original as clearly as possible
Qualifications:
- Applicable for fresh graduates
- Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Korean Literate
- min GPA > 3.00
- Korean & English proficient, Good interpersonal skills, good skills, high analytical skills & fast learner
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
3. Position: IT Engineer (Subject : IT)
Job Description
- Maintain Hardware, Network and Communication job in SEIN area
- Support application system manufacturing in SEIN area
Qualifications:
- Only applicable for applicants with maximum 3 years experience
- Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Diploma Degree (D3) in Computer Science, Management Information System, Informatics Engineering
- For Bachelor Degree min GPA > 3.00, Diploma Degree, min GPA > 2.70
- Good at problem analysis & troubleshooting in PC/Server environment
- Good understansing in Networking (LAN/WAN)
- Have experience in PABX System is a plus point
- Good knowledge about Ms SQL, My SQL Oracle or other high robust database
- Good knowledge about Desktop Programmer (Delphi, Power Builder, VB and other desktop programming)
- Good knowledge about web programmer (ASP.NET, PHP, Java)
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
