Orange Management is a corporate finance firm engaged both in principal investments and corporate advisory. Our portfolio consists of several companies in energy, shipping, property, fashion and mobile survey & research. We are building a team of professionals with extensive experience in transactions as well as developing businesses.

1) Corporate Finance VP

Master Degree or MBA from top tier overseas schools or University Indonesia (UI) or Institute of Technology Bandung (ITB) is required.
Min 5 years experience in Corporate Finance and M & A.
Strong numeric and reasoning skills, together with an understanding of accounting and financial concepts, are essential to success in the role.
Proven analytical, computer and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to report and communicate at all levels within an organization.

2) Corporate Finance Associate

Bachelor Degree from top tier overseas schools or UI or ITB is required, preferably in Business Finance.
Minimum 2 years experience in Corporate Finance: expertise in financial analysis and valuation modeling.
Excellent computer skills (including Excel and PowerPoint) are a must.

3) Project Manager for Survey and Research

Bachelor Degree from top tier overseas schools or UI, or ITB or IPB is required, preferably in statistic, math or business
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and project management, preferably in Research Company.
Excellent computer skills (including Excel and PowerPoint) are a must.
