Responsibilities:
- Managing company’s projects and development pool budget: update project status, monitoring CAPEX & OPEX spent on each project and comparing to the budget (dev pool), acting as project manager in some projects
- Oversee the preparation and implementation of Strategic Plan, QBR, Target Letters processes
- Support CEO & company initiatives: special task forces, employee engagement & communication program
- Responsible for department’s staff development to ensure staff’s skills and capability are improved and ensure the skills are spread evenly across the staffs to support company’s strategies and goals
- Managing speed and lead time of supporting completion of AXA Indonesia/CEO submissions: on time with quality work. This includes Strategic Planning, QBR, Target Letters, Dashboard and other high-level documents
Requirements:
* University graduate, preferably Master degree with 8 years experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Understands all facets of insurance business including financials
* Excellent track record in large scale project management
* Proficient in MS Office & MS Project
