Responsibilities:
* Responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution
* Respects and applies the standards and the procedures, the rules of hygiene and safety
* Supervises and motivates its team
* To respect all of the menu that been standardize
* Work together with other nationalities as well
* Serve the menu during restaurant hours
* Decorate the serving section
* Be able to organize the Buffet and A la Carte style
* Insure the set up of buffets in the conditions required by schedules, presentation, of taste and temperature
Requirements:
* Has min 5 years Hotel experiences
* Speaks English
* Energetic and positive thinking
* Team player and hard worker
* Able to work long hours
* Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
* Ability to multi-task
* Able to travel alone
