MARKETING ASSISTANT

- University degree.
- Good English language skills with TOEFL score minimum 500.
- A persuasive and driving attitude.
- Organized and yet flexible – experienced in organizing product launch, seminars, and sales promotion.
- Possess ability to process information, data collection and report findings in a constructive manner.
- Pleasant, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- The ability to work as a team player.
- Familiar with Microsoft office applications & computer.
- Candidates with proven track record as marketing assistant will be given preference.
Job Purpose
The successful applicants will be responsible to assist and support Marketing Manager in day today activities of the marketing department, including daily communication, correspondence, and organizing product launch.
SERVICE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

- Outgoing personality and gets along with everyone.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral. English is a must, TOEFL minimum 450.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proactive and hands-on.
- Efficient and organized.
- At lease 1 year experience working in a service environment.
- Experience in operating Microsoft Office Applications.
- Familiar with SAP would be an advantage.
- A persuasive and driving attitude.
- Preferably holding a University degree.
- Previous experience working in an international company would be an advantage.
Job Purpose
Provide administration support to Heidelberg Indonesia Customer Service including branches necessary to facilitate achievement of agreed service objectives and targets.
