Responsibilities :

• You will be responsible for all the Organizational Development process based on CBHRM within our Organization: Organization structure, corporate core values, corporate culture, corporate image, developing competencies & maintain performance management.

Requirements :

• Male / Female, age max. 40 years

• Bachelor degree in from any major

• Min. 5 years work experiences in HR / OD field

• Familiar with Competency based Human Resources Management

• Possess strong Leadership capability to ensure the Organization Development process running well

• Passion for learning, Wide knowledge about people / HR & OD field, People oriented

• Computer literate, English proficiency
