Requirements:

- Generating daily MIS report for Citimax calculation for Insourcing and Telesales.
- Develop and prepare Citimax monthly newsletter which consisted of the performance of Citimax.
- Enhance the current reporting to help sales agents track their performances.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategy and marketing to achieve sales targets

- Manage sales team to sell multiple products (among others Credit Cards, Personal Loan and Savings) and develop sales strategies to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Representing Citibank in relationship with external parties.
- Responsible for sales and non-sales team activities.
- Inspire motivation, lead and manage team in order to create a high performing team.
- Participates in recruitment and training of team managers.
- Reporting to Jasumbali Sales & Distribution Head.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial industry.
- Has an experience in strategic position.
- Willing to be posted in cities outside Jakarta.
