Supply System Improvement Officer (CONTRACT BASED)
As the Supply System Improvement Officer, your main responsibility is to coordinate and strategically identify supply system improvement opportunities across all operation and within our plants, distribution centers, DSD, and suppliers across all Business Units. You will also responsible for doing continuous Improvement on supply system, report, and metrics using effective problem-solving techniques and to deliver supply system training and coaching for all user in all operations and national office.
The detail scope of responsibilities would cover also the following :

You will also responsible for doing continuous Improvement on supply system, report, and metrics using effective problem-solving techniques and to deliver supply system training and coaching for all user in all operations and national office.
The detail scope of responsibilities would cover also the following :
- Being responsible in making sure all operation and plant are using Supply System (AVAIL) and its metrics.
- Being responsible in developing and training all operations team on how to use AVAIL and others supply related system (BASIS, Stock Availability, Arjuna, etc)
- Being responsible in setting up and maintaining data standard for AVAIL
- Leading root cause problem solving process, once the issue/opportunity has been identified, to ascertain the best solution/improvement for that site and/or all plants as a whole. Communicate and coordinate solutions with other supply chain team.
- Developing and implementing solutions based on Continuous Improvement and transformation principles, tools and techniques.
- Working with field locations to design common work standards, quality control charts and systems, and other elements of superior manufacturing practice to aid plant improvement
- Working with Supply Team and IS&T team to develop, test, and implement supply reports and metrics
- Performing audits on Plants that have implemented the Continuous Improvement Process
- Supporting and actively contributing to S&OP Process
- Continuously improving and maintaining the skills and knowledge related to competent job performance
- Actively taking part and contributing in a collaborative environment in achieving team goals
- Demonstrating support and application of the CCAI value within the work environment
To be successfull in taking the aforementioned challenges, you are expected to present the following qualifications:
- Posses minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering from well-known institution
- Excellent communication skill both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Understanding of key supply chain concepts (e.g. inventory concepts, key replenishment parameters, capacity constraints, etc)
- Strong Analytical skills (Reporting, Data Analysis)
- Well developed communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and able to deal effectively with different levels of staff up to and including Board of Directors
- Highly motivated, independent and able to lead a strong team
- Willing to be hired for contract base
