Relationship Manager - Jasumbali
(Bandung & Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow existing business accounts.

• Develop plan to improve sales productivity and achieve sales targets, while ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled.

• Develop strategy to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

• Manage sales capacity planning and sales force recruitment to fulfill business needs.

• Supervise 10 Banking Associates

Requirements:

• Candidate must have 2 - 4 years of relevant Sales experience, preferably in financial industry.

• Possess min. S1 degree from a reputable university.

• Experienced in leading sales team.

• Willing to be place in Surabaya / Bandung.

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and good presentation skills, good in verbal and written English.

• Has strong passion in sales/ marketing, and highly self-motivated in handling pressure to achieve targets.

• Added value if candidate has broad networking with big companies.
