Marketing Communication Manager (Resorts)
Marketing Communication Manager (Resorts)
- Diploma / Degree in Communications.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality industry or in a similar capacity and with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Maintain strong Media, Business & Customer relations in tandem with the group’s Marketing & Branding Strategies.
- Experience in database management & loyalty programmers for joint marketing promotions.
Director of Sales & Marketing (City & Resorts)
- Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality industry or in similar capacity.
- Degree in Marketing.
- Ability to create and implement sales & marketing strategies to ensure achievement of set goals and targets.
- Strong networking of clients with government, corporate & travel industry sector.
- Good communications skills, both written/oral and with strong capacity in negotiation skills on room and catering sales.
- Owns a car with a valid driving license.
Front Office Manager (Resorts)
- Possess minimum a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position from a reputable hotel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential qualities.
- Possess effective planning, organizing and analytical skills.
- Strong in manpower and budgetary controls.
- Possess dynamic personality and strong leadership skills.
- Good working knowledge of computer software applications.
Accountant/Account Executive (City & Resorts)
- A Degree /Diploma in Accounting or Professional Accountancy qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a hospitality industry, preferably with auditing background.
- Experience working in a computerized environment.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills and able to travel outstations.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff and management.
Chief Engineer (City & Resorts)
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical or Civil)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a Managerial position (Industry: Hotel, Manufacturing etc)
- Must be technically competent in facilities and hotel machinery.
- Must understand statutory rules and regulations and be able to work with respective statutory board officer to obtain necessary permits for operation of equipment.
- Able to lead and manage a team well.
- Able to speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate would be advantage.
Housekeeper
- Recognized Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality management.
- Minimum 10 years hands-on working experience in housekeeping preferably from an international chain.
- Team player with initiative, strong leadership skills and ability to supervise a large and diverse housekeeping team
