ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Responsibilities :

To lead and manage store operations

Help Store Manager to develop and grow the business performance in term of Customer Service, Sales & Profitability and People Development

Requirements :

Male/ Female, preferred age max 30 years old

Min S1 graduates from reputable universities majoring in any discipline

Have 2-5 years experience as Asst. Store Manager with significant performance track record in reputable retail brand company (in department store/ fashion/ cosmetics would be an advantage)

Willing to located throughout Indonesia (main requirement is for placement in Bali/ Yogya/ Serpong)

Floor Supervisor/ Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS :

S1 Degree majoring in any discipline with GPA min 3.00.

Male/female, preferred age max 27 years old.

Have 1-2 years related experience as Supervisor/ Team Leader with a strong track record in marketing/ fashion retail (for Coordinator, fresh graduate are welcome).

Strong leadership and analytical thinking with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work in shifts and to be place in any vacant Centro in.

Jakarta (Semanggi/ MOI/ Margo City/ Summarecon Serpong).
