FRESH SPECIALIST MANAGER Code : FSM

To develop and implement strategic plans for assigned categories within framework of a disciplined category management business process so as to achieve company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity perfomance measures of the company.

Qualifications :

1. Graduate from S1 or Bachelor from any dicipline
2. Having 5 years experienced in the same position particularly for fresh food product : fruit and vegetable, meat and seafood in retail business operations
3. Creative, energetic, sharp analytical skill, team work oriented, result oriented, presentation skill, an excellence communications at all level within the organization
4. Posses strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedure
5. English proficiency both oral and written is essential

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (Code : HRO)

To make sure manpower needs in Distribution Center (Cibitung area) are sufficient and efficient by implementing redeployment, recruitment and career development, and to make sure all HR practies handled appropriately according to company policy and government regulations.

Qualifications :

1. Young and energetic with ambition to develop company interest & image with Human Resource and industrial relation function
2. Having a bachelor or master degree any discipline
3. Having at least 3 years experience in the same position and have a strong understanding about labour law and its practices
4. Strong knowledge of HR Development, Industrial Relations especially liaise and communications with government and society
5. Good team player
6. English proficiency both oral and written is essential
7. Willing to be place at Cibitung (Bekasi)
