Account Assistant Credit Control
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure collection is on time and in full by pro-active follow with customer before the due date.
- Ensure cheque collection and remittance received are fully encountered on time in SAP system.
- Maintain and upkeep an accurate and up-to-date AR sub ledger by indentifying the customer deduction/dispute, arrange appropriate action to clear the customer deduction.
- All AR admin operation task.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Those with experience in credit control Finance will be an added advantage
- Must be strong in handling AR functions
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
