Technical Sales Executive (TSE)

Technical Sales Executive is responsible for the continuity support to the business operations in Adhesive sales area (daily sales activities), developing and maintaining project with customers in order to meet customers satisfaction and develop trading business.

Your Role :

To provide expertise in sales, technical and engineering application in order to meet business goal to the mentioned objectives.
To ensure the quality of products and services delivered to customers. On the top of this, customer satisfaction is the main objective
To create in developing the adhesive market and to optimise the performance of product in term of quality and cost.
To monitor the production of early batches to ensure the product can be made according to the required specification
To maintain good relationship with the customers by showing the values and benefits
To develop market research and conduct new business project with customers from the yields based on Annual target market coverage
To provide and maintain Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of full range of product of the company.
To Prepare and monitor the trend of sales forecast in order to improve the business line
To Prepare the monthly report of Top Line Growth (TLG) up-date analysis
To keep all the file and documents properly and treat it as confidential.
Familiar with adhesive product is preferred

Your Requirements :

Bachelor degree preferably in Chemical Engineering from reputable university.
Minimum 2 - 3 years experiences in sales and technical function in Adhesive Manufacturing/Chemical Area.
Male/Female and age max. 28 years old.
Proficiency in English both verbal and written, Computer literate (Ms. Office)
Pro-active and communicative & Excellent in communication organisation.
Good in presentation skill and analytical skill.
Initiative, Decisiveness, Partnership skills, Analytical Thinking, Perspective and Customer orientation
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervisory and excellence team player

Technical Customer Service

Your Role:

To provide expertise in technical and engineering application in order to meet business goal. Support sales activities to the mentioned objectives.
To educate customer by all means, such as training and product testing in the customer premise
To ensure the quality of products and services delivered to customers. On the top of this, customer satisfaction is the main objective.
To open a wide network with OEM & OMM in the customer premise
To liaise with regional TCS in regards with the transfer of product knowledge and new product launch.
Be responsible with the equipment under utilized in the customer premise
To promote and maintaining the quality of work by implementing SHEQ policy amongst working area

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor degree preferably in Technical (Chemical, Engineering) from reputable university.
Minimum 2 - 3 years experiences in sales and technical function in Adhesive Manufacturing/Chemical Area.
Proficiency in English both verbal and written,
Computer literate (Ms. Office)
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervisory and excellence team player
