DEPT HEAD QA-QC (JB-QAQC)
Qualifications:
- Male or female, max.38 years old.
- Bachelor's/master degree of Food Technology / Microbiology, GPA 2.75.
- 3-4 years experience as a Senior Supervisor
- Having knowledge in the field: GMP, HACCP, ISO, 5S, Thermal Process, QA / QC.
- Have leadership, Fluent in English, Able to use a computer.
- Willing to be placed in Kletek - East Java.
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT (JB-PDSIB)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor/Master degree from Psychology, fresh graduate are welcome
- Male/Female min 22 years old
- Have knowledge about competency and personality
- Have knowledge psychodiagnostic process and psychological tools
- Good attitude and communication skill
- Understand about recruitment, make job description, development employee career, and performance management.
BRAND DEVELOPMENT (JB-BDSIB)
Qualifications :
- Any major S1/S2
- Exp 1-2 y from food company (would be advantages)
- Have deep acknowledge about Bakery - Pastry
- Good conceptual thinking
- Creative & have high accuracy
- Able to operate graphic design programming, ex: free hand / adobe ilustrator (would be advantage)
- Have pleasure to food esp. bread & cake
- Able to identify the taste and didn't have allergic to food & beverage
COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST-ERP (JB-ERP)
Qualifications :
- Male or female, age max. 32 years.
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline, GPA min 2.75.
- Understanding the process of Graphic Design, Experience in news writing.
- Having the ability to communicate with internal and external parties, creative, Dynamic, Team work.
- Able and willing to work under pressure / deadlines high targets.
- Willing to do the Office of Foreign Cities.
CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT (JB-CDSIB)
Qualifications :
- Any major D1/D2/D3
- Exp 1-2 y as sales for food product (esp. bread&cake)
- Good communication,relation&selling skill
- Good customer service skill
- Target oriented
