Finance & Admin Manager

This position reports to the financial controller in Singapore

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions ( AP, AR, GL, CASH FLOW and CAPEX )

• Responsible for the human resource and office administrative functions

• Deliver accurate results for monthly closing and meet all reporting deadline

• Ensure compliance to internal controls and statutory financial and legal framework

• Assist in the budgeting process

• Handle company's tax matters and statutory filling

• Liaise with bank, auditor and relevant government bodies on Company'ss matter

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in accountancy from reputable university, CPA' will be advantage

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with exposure in a MNC environment

• Strong technical tax knowledge with experience in tax audit process in past employment

• Highly analytical and possess excellent technical accounting knowledge

• Hands-on experience with SAP

• Must be able to read/ write/ speak in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
