Customer Service Sales (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Handing the customer extend service ,communication、excavating、analyse with customer’s requirements.
Development and sale the extend service, join the extend service bidding, customer communication, technical clarification, implement project,contract negotiation and so on.
Resource configation of extend service,responsible for customer satisfaction and apperceive degree.
Collection the extend service information, reply the information and supply the solution Ensure customer satisfaction
Clarification the customer’s requirement during the service contract implemention, Making the month and quarter statistic report, getting the certificate of service, supply the support to get the payment of service contract.

Requirements:

Work well with people in various situations
Able to work well independently, in large or small teams
Good communication skills, Commitment and self-motivation, ready to work in a challenging environment
Fluent in both English written and oral、Has background with sales, customer service management, and project management experience, pre-sales support preferred.
Has background with basic commercial, finance preferred、Able to work under pressure and crisis situation, and at odd hours
Education requirement Bachelor degree from computer or communication industry relative
At least 1 year of maintenance experience or after-sales in telecommunication industry
