Customer Service (CS)
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service from insurance, banking or other financial services
- Fluent in English, both oral & written
- Good interpersonal skill with strong influence & persuasiveness
- Strong customer services orientation
- Excellent communication skill & teamwork
