Requirement

1. S1 Law Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
2. Good command of English
3. Communicative, quick learner, self-motivated and able to work in a team and independently
4. Preferably having working experience in legal expertise
5. Preferably having knowledge in banking legal matter

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing standard legal documentations related to banking products, facilities and services (funding, lending, and operational matters)

• Drafting and reviewing any cooperation agreements which involved BII with any counterpart(s)

• Providing legal opinion and rendering legal advices as required by branch offices or business unit/working unit

Sales Incentive, Development & Program Officer (Code: SDO)

Requirement

1. Min. S1 from reputable university min GPA 3.00
2. Able to speak English min passive communication
3. Good knowledge in banking business process
4. Min. 1 year experience in similar area.
5. Has good presentation and computer skill

Responsibilities

• Develop incentives scheme for employees especially regular salesperson

• Develop plan to motivate salesperson to achieve their target

• Plan and monitor periodically sales program and event

• Monitor and Report periodically incentive program

• Act as a PIC for coordinating and organizing sales development program such as training, motivational, sales camp and other programs related to enrichment of salesperson’s knowledge and skills

• Act as a PIC for coordinating and organizing sales events such as sales meeting, sales congress and other sales events/activities

Uraian Pekerjaan:

Melaksanakan on-site audit berdasarkan surat tugas dari unit kerja Audit Internal yang telah dijadwalkan yang meliputi :

• Persiapan Audit.

• Menyiapkan data pendukung untuk menyusun Rencana Kerja dan melakukan pemeriksaan bidang Operasional dan Perkreditan di Cabang Regional (analisa time series, identifikasi masalah CAS dan tindak lanjut atas temuan BQA dan audit tahun sebelumnya)

• Memonitor tindak lanjut auditee atas hasil audit tahun sebelumnya untuk memastikan permasalahan/penyimpangan telah diperbaiki.

• Pelaksanaan Audit

• Melaksanakan audit bidang operasional dan kredit pada kantor cabang sesuai penugasan.

• Menyiapkan konsep dan membuat komentar serta mendiskusikannya dengan Tim.

• Memberikan masukan kepada Ketua Tim / Head Auditor.

• Membuat Kertas kerja pemeriksaan dan draft laporan sementara hasil audit.

• Memastikan bahwa seluruh program audit telah dilaksanakan.

• Pembuatan Laporan

• Membuat laporan hasil pemeriksaan Kantor cabang.

• Membuat laporan perkembangan hasil pemeriksaan untuk keperluan final discuss.

• Melakukan off-site cabang yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya sesuai fungsi account officer.

Kualifikasi :

• Sarjana Strata satu (S1) diutamakan lulusan Akuntansi

• Pria / wanita.

• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang perbankan atau sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun di bidang audit perbankan.

• Diutamakan yang menguasai perihal  Sistem Operasi Komputer (Window, Unix).

• Mampu  berkomunikasi  secara  efektif  dan  dapat  membina  hubungan  dengan unit kerja – unit kerja lainnya, baik di tingkat cabang, wilayah maupun kantor pusat.

• Menguasai teknik audit bidang operasional

• Memiliki pengalaman dan pengetahuan dalam melakukan audit dan pengetahuan mengenai perbankan termasuk International Banking dan ekonomi secara umum

• Mengetahui Undang-Undang Perbankan dan Peraturan Bank Indonesia, memahami pengetahuan operasional dan produk perbankan serta memahami semua sistem aplikasi yang digunakan di industri perbankan dan jenis-jenis laporannya.

• Memahami pengetahuan dasar akuntansi dan analisa laporan keuangan.

• Memiliki kemampuan menetapkan sasaran, strategi, dan program kerja.

• Memiliki anlytical skill  yang memadai.

• Menguasai  bahasa Inggris  dengan baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
