Manages various services within Adaro Institute which covers interior office space maintenance, housekeeping, catering, as well as dealing with external parties such as guests or network relation of Adaro Institute

Ensuring all training facility and training aid are maintained properly both areas of Adaro Institute (Jakarta & Kalimantan)

Ensuring Adaro Institute relations with external is sound, and help promote excellent public image for Adaro Institute

Qualification :

S1 in management/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ or any disciplines

S2 is a plus

Min. 5 years experience in general services or administration

Min. 2 years experience in supervisory role

Critical to be able to communicate well with all parties

Able to supervise a number of projects at the same time

Able to recommend the best design for office work interior
