Qualifications

Experience in operation and maintenance of production facilities especially for site building system including but not limited to utilities & HVAC, Architecture, Lighting, Plumbing, Fire protection & alarming, Grounds and strom water, elevators and material handling systems and other related building system. Preferable from civil background. (B)

Experience in annual budget and forecast preparations, familiar with BPMIGAS budget schedule and HARMONI III preparations (C)

Experience in managing all documentations for procurement & bidding process refering to PTK-BPMIGAS procedure and certified of PTK 007 (D)

Experience in handling inventory and asset in oil & gas industry and HARMONI III preparations (E)

Experience in AUDIT activity conducted by government auditors such as BPKP, BPMIGAS, Tax Office and BPK (F)

Experience in provide legal assistance on the preparation of Bid Plan, contract, and other document related to procurement of goods and services. Preferable has experience in land acquisition matters (G)
