Site Manager
(Jakarta Raya)


Responsibilities: 


Responsible for creating new design of furniture and interior for prospective clients
Research different types of materials and develop constructions techniques for interior and furniture needs
Generate the documents of technical specifications
Manage the process from planning, drawing and sourcing of materials and suppliers
Control and monitor the conformity of the realized projects
Requirements:


Qualifications:
Min S1 degree in Interior/Architecture
Good knowledge in shopdrawing, autocad, and Ms. Project
Only for person who has a long-term vision and goal in his career




General requirements:
Minimum 3 years experiences in coordinating Contract Project in Interior and Furniture
Able to prepare Budgeting (RAB), Production schedule
Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, Ms. Project)
Fluent in English is a plus
Able to monitor and supervise the team in meeting the target quality, budget & schedule
Detail, discipline, goal oriented and strong leadership
Willing to travel and work long hours
Report directly to Operation Director
