Responsibilities:
- Develop plan to improve sales productivity and achieve sales targets, while ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled.
- Responsible for developing Strategic Sales planning.
- Responsible to recognize and calculate the cost or benefit of various strategies.
- Develop strategy to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage sales capacity planning and sales force recruitment to fulfill business needs.
- Coach and able to motivate team in order to develop strong sales force.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have 5 - 8 years of relevant Sales experience, preferably in financial industry.
- Possess min. S1 degree from a reputable university.
- Experienced in leading sales team.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and good presentation skills, good in verbal and written English.
- Demonstrate skills in managing and motivating big team
- Has strong passion in sales/ marketing, and highly self-motivated in handling pressure to achieve targets.
- Added value if candidate has broad networking with big companies.
Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing business accounts.
- Develop plan to improve sales productivity and achieve sales targets, while ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled.
- Develop strategy to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage sales capacity planning and sales force recruitment to fulfill business needs.
- Supervise 10 – 15 Banking Associates.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have 2 - 4 years of relevant Sales experience, preferably in financial industry.
- Possess min. S1 degree from a reputable university.
- Experienced in leading sales team.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and good presentation skills, good in verbal and written English.
- Has strong passion in sales/ marketing, and highly self-motivated in handling pressure to achieve targets.
- Added value if candidate has broad networking with big companies.
