- Develop the Competency based model for HR Management
- Job Description, Job Specification, Organization Structure
- Talent Management, Performance Management and Retain Strategy
- Align our ISO system with the Competency Based Human Resources Management
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age max. 35 years
- Bachelor degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management background with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable University
- Min. 1 year work experiences as an expertise in HR / OD field
- Familiar with Competency Based Human Resources Management
- Computer literate, English proficiency
