CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER • PHILIPS HEALTHCARE • JAKARTA

Responsibilities :
Responsible to deliver a professional service to the customer regarding installation planning, product installation, product maintenance, un-installation and repair of equipments to ensure that all assigned projects are carried out as per customer’s quality requirements, within allotted time frames, and in a safe manner. To allocate, supervise, control and monitor Customer Engineers/ Technicians in doing Pre-installation, installation, during warranty or after warranty period of any Philips Medical Systems products, sold to the Customer  in order to achieve with fast response time, low level of repeat calls, good engineer availability, “Customer Satisfaction”.

Requirements :
Bachelor degree  in electronics or physic engineering,  min 3 years has working experience in technical field and project implementation and experiences handle Medical equipments would be additional advantage, has good personality and interpersonal skill, has an acceptable level of English language, has good coordination capability, the incumbent has to have strong drive, positive attitude, is assertive and well motivated. Responsibilities :
Responsible to ensure that customers (e.g. end-users, technicians, operators) are properly trained to optimally use the equipment delivered, installed and handed over by Philips Healthcare and maximizing customer satisfaction; Set up application training schedules, in close cooperation with the customer; Train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered equipment to achieve customer satisfaction; Responsible for delivering customized (competency based) training material pack & support user group meetings; Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback on the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction; Support and advise the sales force during acquisition; In the event of hazards or accidents, to take immediate control of the situation and involve the safety advisor from the regional office; Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.

Responsibilities :
Responsible to handle Post-Market Surveillance Management in area of Vietnam,  Indonesia & Philippine based on customer feedback & complaint process; Drive mandatory Field Safety corrective actions; as Regulatory Affairs Management to drive compliance with the applicable country regulations and Philips Healthcare policies; Manage the process to obtain regulatory approvals and provides information to sales organizations; Provide overview, analysis and interpretation of regulatory issues and requirements as well as consequences on quality management system, business and budget; Organize & monitor with regions the government liaison structure with officers of country regulatory agencies to include medical device, environmental, nuclear, and other regulatory bodies; Assist public relations efforts on regulatory issues, i.e. governmental efforts, regulatory Warning letters and product recalls; Organize & monitor Philips regulatory representation at regional / county trade or industry associations; Identify local feedback metrics and produce reports on trended product failures and feedback metrics; As Quality Champion to implement, manage and maintain the quality management systems in the region; Support quality systems audits in each country and deploy quality systems deployment from corporate or HQ.

Requirements :
Degree level education or equivalent, min 5 years working experience in Quality & Regulatory in a technical oriented environment preferably with experience of dealing with agencies responsible for medical device regulations or equivalent; Knowledge of relevant international/local ISO/device Regulations, namely ISO9001, ISO13485, FDA QSR, Product registration and radiation approval processes in Indonesia, and the Common Submission Dossier Template (CSDT) format;  General product knowledge of devices distributed by Philips Healthcare will be an advantage; Proficient in English both speaking and written; Team player with strong engagement skills especially with management; Rigorous and precise work is compulsory.

Responsibilities :

Timely review transport performance with all transporters and develop the partnership. Controlling transport expense to ensure in line with the budget and according to the agreed tariff. Requirements :
