1. Project Manager

Responsibilities:
The Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
Minimum 10 years experiences in mining in similar role
A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation
Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
Strong commitment to safety

2. Mining Superintendent

Responsibilities:
Handle technical support to the operation
Monitor equipment performance
Maintain high safety standard and safe work practice all the times
To participate in producing and delivering coal to the required standard blend and quality on time and to budget
Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning

Requirements:
Recognized mining engineering qualifications
Minimum 7 years experience in large open cut mining and or similar role
A working knowledge of surface and minescape mine planning software will be advantage
Proven experience up to supervisory/superintendent level with mining contractors
Experienced in subcontractor management, cost and staff management
Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian
Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
Be efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality and be persistent and system oriented

3. Engineering Superintendent

Responsibilities:
To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group
To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups
To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients
To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the project management are met on time
To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in mining engineering
Minimum 7 years experience as senior engineer or similar roles in mining engineering projects
Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning
Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, drilling and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian
Preferably hold a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate

4. Drill and Blast Engineer

Responsibilities:
To manage Drill and Blast operations with optimal efficiency, explosives, permits and operational improvements.
To provide drill and blast planning and review results for the most safe and efficient mine operation through coordination with mine planning & operations.
Demonstrate good management and communications skills services and interaction with mining operations geared towards long term efficiency & profitability.

Requirements:
Degree in Mining Engineering with Class I Blaster certificate
Minimal 4 years experienced in large Open cut mining industry with similar role is preferred.
Preferably Capable to operate MineScape or surface software
Good English communication skills both in written & verbal, computer literacy
Have full understanding of subcontractor explosive supplier contract, mine department rule and regulation

5. Drill and Blast Supervisor

Responsibilities:
To manager Drill and Blast field operation diligently and efficiently
To ensure compliance to all safety standards and procedures.
Demonstrate good management and communication between mining departments to ensure safety compliance, production and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Degree in Mining Engineering with Class I Blaster certificate and KIM Certificate
Minimal 5 years experienced in similar roles
Good English communication skills both in written & verbal, computer literacy
Have full understanding of subcontractor explosive supplier contract, mine department rule and regulation
Had strong drill and blast background both for procedure and technique

6. Senior Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Reviews plant costs to maintain/reduce budget on all plant items as determine by the plant rates
Conduct and attend weekly communication meetings as required
To Implement preventative maintenance schedules and unit breakdown planning
Service of equipment in accordance to all prevailing safety & maintenance procedures

Requirements:
Bachelor degree Mechanical or Senior technical school
Recognized trade and or mechanical engineering qualifications
Minimum 8 years industrial experience in mining
Good communications skills written-verbal both in English and bahasa.
Computer literacy

7. Senior Mining Supervisor

Responsibilities:
To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the work teams to deliver a product which meets the required standard, on time and to budget while satisfying the needs of the clients and the company.
Lead organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results
Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:
High School certificate
xperienced at Operator, Leading hands and Foreman level within Mining Production
Understanding of most types of Mining Equipment
Have ability in employee s supervision
Minimum 6 years experience in the similar role
Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
Computer literacy
Ready worked in remote area

8. Geologist Modeling

Responsibilities:
Prepare geological model and interpretation.
Geological model review, check and validation.
Prepare quality modeling and geo statistic.
Prepare Geological model output such contour, sections etc.
Prepare resources estimation and report.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
Geologist with three until five (3-5) years experience in coal mining exploration (drillings and mapping activity), engineering and consulting,
Capable to operate MineScape Stratmodel.
Preferably posses a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
Highly skill in geological interpretation and resources estimation.
Understand resources reporting standards
Excellent understanding in exploration database validation.
Excellent use of GIS Software and (Mapinfo etc)
Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
Strong leadership and team building skills
Ready worked in remote area

9. Mine Planner

Responsibilities:
Prepare short and long term mine plan ( production and project)
Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required
Actively contribute to positive teamwork
Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:
Graduate Mining Engineer
A minimum of 3 years experience in Mine Planning
Capability to operating Minescape or Surpac software
Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine
Prepared to work in remote areas
Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
Ready worked in remote area

10. Supervisor Mechanic

Responsibilities:
This position is a frontline role and is responsible for the day to day maintenance activities, establish high performance for Health, Safety and Environmental, coordinating and implementing preventative maintenance initiatives and activities so that that production targets can be achieved.

Requirements:
Senior High School or Senior Technical school ,Diploma (3) would be preferred
Recognized trade and or mechanical engineering qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in mining industry as Foreman/Leading hand
Previous experience in similar role minimum 3 years
Good communication skills, written and verbal in English.
Computer literacy is preferred
Ready worked in remote area

11. Production Engineer

Responsibilities:
Technical and mine planning support to the operation
Monitor equipment performance
Develop and maintain cost control reporting system
Provide back up to the site based personnel.
Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning.

Requirements:
Recognized mining engineering qualifications
Minimum 3 years practical operating mining experience in a similar role.
A working knowledge of Surpac and Minescape mine planning software.
Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
Computer literate
Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and systems oriented.
Prefers understand about Heavy equipment
Knowledge of heavy Equipment is preferable
Ready worked in remote area

12. Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with site staff to ensure plant is maintained in accordance with procedures and manufacture s recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
Ensure employees within the workshop work in a safe, timely, efficient, environmentally aware and cost conscious manner.
Develop and implement preventive Maintenance schedules.
Liaise with OEM dealers to achieve optimum performance and related costs.
Ensure there is effective utilization of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets.
Establish priorities for the repair of equipment in order to optimize maximum utilization of plant fleet to achieve production targets.
Liaise with operations with recommendations of equipments failure and damage causes.
Review mechanical repairs and services to ensure compliance with the recording requirements of plant system and procedures manual.
Review plant costs to maintain/reduce budget on all plant items as determined by the plant rates.
Provide Plant Department employees with the opportunity to increase knowledge and skills by recognizing and recommending training in order to achieve workplace competencies.

Requirements:
Recognized Trade and/mechanical engineering qualifications
Minimum 4 years industrial experience in a combination of mining and construction industries in the similar role.
Have experience at a Supervisory level.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
Computer literate
Be an efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality, be persistent and system oriented.
Ready worked in remote area

13. Safety Officer

Responsibilities:
Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures
Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance
Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification
Minimum five (3) years experiences in similar roles in Mining Industry
Good understating about OHS legislation, mining safety and construction as well
AK3 (ahli K3) will be preferable
Held POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate
Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa
Able working under pressure
Able working without supervision
Ready worked in remote area

14. Operator Trainer

Responsibilities:
To provide Operational Training for operators and allied training for clients in order to increase overall productivity and plant availabilities.

Responsibilities:
Previous experience in similar role minimum 4 years.
Familiar with training delivery equipment (all around HE equipment)
Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Bahasa.
Team work ,works effectively with others and relates to colleagues and trainees
Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
Computer literacy is preferred
Ready worked in remote area

15. Mining Foreman

Responsibilities:
To co-ordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
Actively contribute to positive teamwork
Communicate openly and honestly at all times

Requirements:
Senior High school degree
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity
Preferable is good communication skills in English
Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
Ready worked in remote area

16. Quality Control Geologist

Responsibilities:
To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements. Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
Minimum 2‐3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects
Appropriate industry experience
Ready worked in remote area
Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors
Good communication skills, written‐verbal, both English and Bahasa
Computer literacy
Ready worked in remote area

17. Surveyor

Responsibilities:
Periodic surveys of mining progress of both overburden and coal stockpile reconciliation
Understand topographical surveys of Greenfield and productions coal mines
Preparation of mine plans / section as per the mining law of Indonesia and per other needs,
Prepare detailed surveys of mine workings,
Preparation of plans from field surveys
Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Requirements:
Male min. 20 years and max 30 years old,
Min STM Tambang, D3 Geodetic from reputable University,
Having minimum within 1‐2 years experience on civil construction & mining,
Able to communicate in English
Willing to work at mine site, and remote area
Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software

18. Administration Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain good relationships with Regional Government, Disnaker, Immigration, Custom, Local Police to ensure smooth transition of paperwork/applications.
Manage Company facilities including building and ground maintenance, Messing and coordinating contracted services as required.
Coordinate permits and formalities matters including logistic, custom clearance, work permits, Visa, Vehicle Registration, etc.
Assist Government Relations Manager and Project Manager in all issues within the region.
Manage any public issues involving Company employees and Police in the region to proper close-out.
Conduct formal annual performance review and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance counseling as required for all direct reports.

Requirements:
Have a degree in any discipline of Law / Management /Business Administration from a reputable university
Age max 45 years old
Minimum 8 -10 years experience in mining project/industries
Good English and Communication skills
Self motivated and ability to prioritise work.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
A ‘can do’ attitude, with a hands on approach.
Team Player

19. Foreman Cruishing

Responsibilities:
Assist CPP Supv. to manage & monitoring implementation & progress day to day of CPP operation.
Involve to develop & deliver the Daily Progress Report of CPP operation.
Involve to follow up & monitoring all critical point with operational issue.
Involve to do evaluation & submit recommendation regarding plant operational improvement.
Involve to monitoring in day to day of coal quality & stockpile management recording. Prepare evaluation & recommendation for operational improvement.

Requirements:
Min SLTA/STM
Experience in crushing & barging foreman min 3 year
Good understanding coal/mineral quality blending
Good in crusher or conveyor system trouble shooting
Hard worker and having good leadership experience,
