Branch Operation Head
(Batam or Jambi)

Responsibilities:

• To consistently provide superior operations management to all business units by managing people and ensuring in branch operation transactions are processed at the best possible solution as soon as the instructions were received.

• The services must be achieved by processing the transactions in an effective, innovative and cost efficient manner with full adherence to all applicable policies and regulations whilst giving consideration to all risk factors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university (S1) in Indonesia or overseas with GPA min 3

• Minimum 3 years experience working at banking operation area.

• Have been in the supervisory level for at least one year of experience.

• Have a good understanding on banking risk concepts and accounting principles & practices.
