HUMAN RESOURCE OPERATION (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • RECRUITMENT ( CODE : HR - 01 )
  • Assist to make sure recruitment service level can support business (planning, sourcing, profiling, placement)
  • Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
  • Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select and evaluate applicants

  • TRAINING ( CODE : HR - 02 )
  • Analyze training needs to design employee development
  • Design & develop training & development programs based on both the organizations' and individual needs
  • Design and implement company wide-processes to identify 'high potential' individuals and ensure their effective development to drive business performance and grow capability
  • Develop, organize, monitor and evaluate the project of management development program
  • Control career management and succession planning program
  • Set up the costs of planned programs and keeping with yearly budgets
  • Master identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation and delivering training itself

  • PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL ( CODE : HR - 03 )
  • Analyze performance measurement tools and contribute to the definition of performance indicators and measurement criteria for the various departments and divisions in the company
  • Monitor and analyze performance reviews and results and make recommendations on how they align with job objectives and how the results align to overall company performance.
  • Analyze performance results with respect to succession planning, career growth, training needs and organization development and make appropriate recommendations to the HR Manager and respective line managers
  • Understand PA Methods, like MBO, 360 – degree Appraisal

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university with GPA of more than 3.0
  2. Male / Female max 30 years
  3. A HR generalist with minimum 3 years in function of HR management from reputable company
  4. Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process, Man Power Regulation, Organizational Development, Training activity, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefit, and Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  5. Have a good knowledge of organization systems and processes
  6. Good analytical,conceptual, and administrative skills
  7. Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills

HUMAN RESOURCE ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CODE : HROD) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Developing HR Business Process
  • Analyzing organization structures for effective and efficient delivery of goals and objectives, ensuring that the organization structures are designed to facilitate deliver of business objectives
  • Assisting in defining job descriptions, assessing skills and competencies required for different jobs together with respective line managers and following up to confirm jobs are documented according to company standard and employees have current copies of their respective job descriptions
  • Analyzing all jobs to ensure fit with departmental and business objectives, monitoring changes to jobs and updating job descriptions to ensure alignment with goals and objectives of the business unit
  • Monitoring competencies development program & activities implementation, such as training, knowledge sharing, etc
  • Monitoring performance management & system development
  • Competency profiling and managing employee competency
  • Analyzing and developing job description, job specification and job evaluation
  • Analyzing and developing SOP, HR policy, and HRIS development
  • Analyzing and developing organization structures

Requirements:

  2. Male / Female max 35 years
  3. A HR generalist with minimum 5 years in function of HR management from reputable company

Supply Chain (CODE : SC) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

  • Manages order placement, scheduling, shipping, delivery management, and coordination to minimize cycle time, inventory levels, and cost, while maximizing customer service
  • Coordinates or directly solicits quotes for materials to ensure all required materials are purchased
  • Coordinates or directly processes purchase orders and to ensure timely delivery
  • Checks to ensure correct type and quantity of deliveries
  • Revalidates quantities used and refines future quantity assumptions
  • Coordinates shipping and scheduling based on customer needs, cost, logistics, and inventory levels
  • Monitors, reviews, and maintains the supply chain staff performance
  • Issues resolution with logistic vendors
  • Monitors logistic vendors KPI

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field from reputable university
  2. Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in supply chain management, warehousing
  3. Having knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, distribution and transportation
  4. Knowledge in computer operating systems (SAP, Microsoft Office)
  5. Knowledge of complex supply and logistics processes and ideally knowledge in project management
  6. Fluent in oral and written English
  7. Strong drive for result, innovative and dynamic
  8. Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Supply Chain or equivalent.

Programmer (CODE : PROG) - Jakarta
Responsibilities: You will support our Business Technology Department in order to develop and implement some application design

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Engineering degree or equivalent from reputable university with GPA of 3.0 or above
  2. Professionally able to utilize networking concept, MS SQL Server 2000, VB/VB Script and ASP/JSP
  3. The candidates should also have experiences in Java/Java Script, HTML, Crystal Report and MS Access
