Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT)

Requirements:

Project Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from mining engineering
Minimum 10 years experience
Having POU certificate for Project Manager
Having experience in project, able to make planning, cost analysis and project cost control, as well as experience in HR, Logistic, Finance, Maintenance heavy equipment
Having computer literacy standard, such as Ms-Office, etc and understand the basic of mining software (surpac, minescape)
Good communication skill
Able to work alone or in a team

Head of Geologist

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in geological engineering from reputable university
Minimum 10 years experience in exploration geology
Able to make a progress report of exploration
Able to work under pressure and multitask
Experience in mineral geology (mining or exploration)
Working exposure in multiple mining/exploration location is preferred
Well familiar with various Geological software
Knowledge of GIS, CAD, database software applications and their appropriate use; cartographic skills in geology
Good leadership & manpower arrangement skills at field
Lead and monitor a team Geologists and Surveyors in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling
Well familiar with various Geological software
Ready to work in remote area
Have good communication, active, fast learner, hard worker, and coordination skill
Attention to detail, humble, tough, and can work under pressure
