Strategic Merchant Development Officer - Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall System Infrastructures for all area where Citibank merchant business is operating to ensure 24 hours continuity of business.

• Implement NAC (Network Access Controller) and EDC (Electronic Data Capture) analytical system to ensure the continuity of the system and problem resolution. To meet Citibank standard EDC response time requirements.

• Work with related units/parties within Citibank and outside parties in maintaining end to end System Infrastructures.

• Work with Citibank Regional Technology and TI for System Development

• Ensure that Citibank merchant business system infrastructures comply with Regulator and Association (Visa/Mastercard, PCI DSS, AKKI, etc.).

• Coordinate with other units within Citibank in NAC infrastructures and EDC system development that meets Citibank capacity.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree – from Computer or IT background.
2. Fluent in English, and good communication skills.
3. 1 – 2 years sales experience in corporate channel. Candidates with IT background in banking are are preferable.
4. Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
5. Familiar with EDC system and NAC.

Relationship Manager - Jasumbali (Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, Medan)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing business accounts.

• Develop plan to improve sales productivity and achieve sales targets, while ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled.

• Develop strategy to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

• Manage sales capacity planning and sales force recruitment to fulfill business needs.

• Supervise 10 – 15 Banking Associates.

Requirements

1. Candidate must have 2 - 4 years of relevant Sales experience, preferably in financial industry.
2. Possess min. S1 degree from a reputable university.
3. Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, and Medan; preferably local talent in specific area.
4. Experienced in leading sales team.
5. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and good presentation skills, good in verbal and written English.
6. Has strong passion in sales/ marketing, and highly self-motivated in handling pressure to achieve targets.
7. Added value if candidate has broad networking with big companies.
