Responsibilities:

• Sales Driven and have the managerial skills to handle about 70-90 direct sales representative. 
• Experiences to manage KPI (Key Performance Indicator), CPV, as well as Sales process control. 
• Added value if candidate have experiences in loan products 

Requirements: 

1. Mass Acquisition Strategy Development; prioritizing & selection of business initiatives 
2. Ensuring a healthy business relationship by and between Independent Sales Agency and Citibank, and also by and between Independent Sales Agency and their respective Sales as well as performance monitoring, people development, fraud & compliance control.
