Accessories Planning Staff (Code: APS)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for making accessories proposal
  • Cooperate with other related department to assure each accessories can be introduced on time
  • Making analysis report of accessories sales
  • Making life cycle plan of each model together with Product Planning by utilizing accessories and conversion business

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00, major in Engineering.
  2. Preferably fresh graduate
  3. 22 - 24 years old.
  4. Fluent in English both oral and written.
  5. Has interest and knowledge in automotive
  6. Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, fast learner and accuracy.
  7. Has good communication skill & able to work as team.

Buyer Staff (Code: Buyer)
Responsibilities:
  • To analyze part and tooling quotation with supplier
  • To make counter proposal price to suppliers and negotiate
  • To communicate with counter partner in Japan, Thailand, etc regarding all purchasing issue
  • Make report and present to management for asking approval study and price
  • Know basic contract/purchasing agreement with suppliers
  • To conduct sourcing activity (new model or running change)

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  2. Has 1-2 years experience in the same related field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  3. Male, age maximum 25 years old
  4. Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
  5. Has high analysis skill and can work under pressure
  6. Has good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, communicative
  7. Has organization experience
  8. Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)

Data Entry HR Staff (Code: Data Entry HR)Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update employee database
  • Input employee attendance daily data (include overtime)
  • Manage and update Human Resource Information System database
  • Doing administration for personnel matter

Requirements:
  1. Associate degree from reputable university, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
  2. Preferable female, single, 22-24 years old.
  3. Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
  4. Must be able to operate Microsoft Office (especially MS Word & Excel)
  5. Communicative, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, have interest in dealing with administrative task
