OPERATOR
Qualifications:
  1. Male, Max 30 Years
  2. Educational Background Min : Senior Technical School, Mechanical Major
  3. Can comunicate English
  4. Honest and able to work under pressure
  5. Experience within the mining company at least 2 years
  6. Ready to work on field / underground
  7. Can Operate :
• Caterpillar Model : 930H, Forklift wheel Loader
• Caterpillar Telehandler 560B
• Manitou MLT845-120LSU


ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:
  1. Male, Max 30 Years
  2. Educational Background Min ; Senior Technical School, Electrical Major
  3. Can comunicate English
  4. Honest and able to work under pressure
  5. Experience working as an Electrician min 2 years, Preferably have experience in mining
  6. Ready to work on field / underground
  7. Familiar with :
• Electrical System
• Electrical Distribution
• Electrical Installations


ELECTRICIAN ENGINEER/ELECTRICAL QA/QC/CLERK

Qualifications:
  1. Male, Max 30 Years
  2. Educational Background Min ; Senior Technical School, Electrical Major
  3. Can comunicate English
  4. Honest and able to work under pressure
  5. Experience working in electrical engineering, electrical inspector min 2 years, Preferably have experience in mining
  6. Ready to work on field / underground
  7. Can do load Calculation, Current Fault, Drop Voltage and Power Factor
  8. Familiar with :
• Electrical System
• Electrical Power Distribution
• Protection
• Installation
• Maintenance and Trouble Shooting


HR FOREMAN (Assessment Centre & Development)
Job Description:

Manage some recruitment activities, covering :
  • Assist recruiting team in recruitment process especially in psychological assessment
  • Liaise with candidates, Recruiting Agent, universities, users, and other related parties
  • Perform several steps of selection process and experience in some Psychological Test Tools
  • Provide fixed report of the selection activities and achievement of the target
  • Responsible in Assessment for Development Plan

Requirement:
  • Male
  • Graduate from Psychology Professional Program
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 scale of 4.00
  • Experience in recruiting and assessment center minimum 2 years
  • Good communication in Bahasa and English
  • Capable to work independent and in team
  • Keen to travel to several cities in Indonesia
