Claim Officer (CO)
Main Function:
- Working closely and fully supports Team Claim to smooth the process of handling claims
- The fulfillment of documents and data required in the claim process
- Exploring and analyzing the data available to the fulfillment of the claim process
Requirements:
- Male / female, age 23-30 years
- Minimum education D3, preferably insurance graduates
- GPA minimum 2.75 (scale of 4)
- Preferably able to speak English oral and written
- Understanding Insurance
- Competence Detail Orientation, Analyze Skill, Interpersonal Skill, and Information seeking good.
- To be honest, assertive, disciplined and able to work hard as a team or individually
Marketing Officer (MKT)
Responsibilities:
- Generate and increase the production of new business in accordance with Line of Business who have been determined
- Monitor and analyze product markets to develop business production
- Maintain the number of production companies
- Monitor and maintain smooth production with customer
- Working closely with Marketing Team to improve the performance of work teams.
Requirements:
- Male / female, max age 34 years
- Minimum education D3 in any discipline
- GPA minimum 2.75 (scale of 4)
- More preferably have at least 1 one year of experience in their field
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Understanding Insurance
- Competent Customer Service Orientation, Interpersonal Skills, and Relationship Building good.
- Honest & able to work hard as a team or individually
