GEOLOGIST - COAL MINING
Responsibilities:
- Survey and Mapping detail promising area
- Conduct to identify sampling methods, field operations, interpretation and correlation of seams, and reporting
- Conduct to examines areal photographs and evaluates the results of geophysical prospecting
- Prepare and identify surface and sub-surface maps, stratigraphic arrangement and composition of the potential of the coal
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree/ Master degree in Geology / Mining Engineer

- Exposure to Map Info, Map Source, AutoCAD, GPS, and Mining software like Surpac and Minscape would be an added advantage

MINE SURVEYOR
Responsibilities:
- Updating the entire surface and underground plans of mine
- Handle and responsible on detailed survey of coal mining
- Manage implementation of surveys to determine the updating of data on the mine site, stock or stock pile room
- Survey data input and then coordinate with the mine plan as a reference for calculating the volume of coal
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Geodetic Engineering
- Having experience 1 years as Surveyor is plus
- Experienced with survey equipments, Total Station & GPS
- Familiar with surveying & mapping software (Processing & Adjustment)
- Capable of using CAD software (Surpac, Mapinfo)
- Familiar with coordinate system transformation and map projection
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Good Interpersonal & Managerial Skills
Sr. INTERNAL AUDITOR
Responsibilities:
- Plans and operational audit to established plans, policies, procedures and good business practices
- Responsible to develope internal control system, internal control risk and business process optimization of internal control requirements
- Ability to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and operating internal controls.
- Conducts and Prepare draft audit report, which consist of analytical problems with the recommendations
- Ability to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and operating internal controls.
- Review and improvement internal control business unit process
- Responsible to support the creation of audit program
Requirements:
- Male/ Female, max. 35 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting or equivalent with GPA min 3.00
- Having Experience min 5-8 years as auditor, from Registered Public Accounting Firm and as Internal Auditor is plus
- Good understanding theories and practices of taxation, audit reporting, risk management based auditing, financial reporting, internal control, and business proces
- Understand about SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) and Risk Management is plus
- Required Computer Literate; MS Office (Word, Excell, Power point, Visio), Sun System/SAP
- Required language; English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline, good initiative and attitude, good analytical thinking, detail oriented, communication and interpersonal skill

ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Responbilities:
- Preparing journal daily reports (Daily, weekly & Monthly)
- Handle reconcile and maintain accounts in Account Receivables, Account Paybles, Cash & Bank Statements
- Assist with monthly closings & adjustments journals
- Preparing and compose monthly Financial statements & reports
- Responsible for making invoices, checking them, and releasing before the deadlines
Requirements:
- Male/ Female max. 30 years old
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting or equivalent with GPA min 3.00
- Having Experience min 3 years as Accounting
- Brevet A/ B/ C certificate is advantageous
- Good understanding of Finance and Accounting system
- Knowledgeable of operating Accounting Software is a must
- Good personal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization

SECRETARY
Requirements:
- Female, max. 28 years old
- Minimum D3 secretary/ bachelor degree with related major
- Having minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Handling secretarial and administrative tasks starting from incoming/outgoing communications, document preparation, schedule arrangements, filing, up to related office administration
- Fluent in English (oral and written) and computer literate is Must
- Able to organize and prioritize activities and workload
- Good team work as well as independent worker.
- Good interpersonal skill and honest
- Able to multitasking and work under pressure

IT COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Have Knowledge and good understanding about IT Security and IT Governance
- Able to perform vulnerability assessment, penetration test and configuration review.
- Have knowledge about applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Understand about ISO 27001, IT Risk Assessment, IT Service Management and CoBIT
- Knowledge and understand about IT Infrastructure such as server, networks device, security device and log management tools
- Have knowledge about IT from an operational perspective, security policies and procedures as well as security standard, technologies, resources and tools
- At least 2 years IT experience, plus experience in compliance, governance and security
Requirements:

- Male/Female 25-35 years old
- At least 2 years IT experience, plus experience in compliance, governance and security

LEGAL OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Preparing administrative legal documents
- Provide advice and guidance to line management on legal issue affecting their areas of responsibility
- Assisting other department in negotiating legal terms and conditions for both government and private projects and collaborate or corporate with external legal counsel in relevant legal matters
- Handling all potential legal matters, including analysis, evaluation and defense of any legal issue
Requirements:
- Male / Female between 23 - 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. Job role in Lawyer or Legal Assistant/Paralegal
- Good in English writings/communications
