Sales Manager BIL (Business Installment Loan) - Denpasar

(Bali - Denpasar) - Closing date : 23 July 2011

Responsibilities:

Ensuring BIL (Business Installment Loan) sales meet the target by

• Maintain quality and productivity Direct Sales force.
• Review performance on the respective sales center every month.
• Daily monitoring on application process and stages.
• To ensure that internal policy & procedure has properly implemented to prevent fraud by: reviewing, monitoring incoming application, update product procedure, and policies of application regularly between sales team, sales screening unit and Recruitment & Training unit.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
2. Applicants must be willing to work in Denpasar
3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
5. Full-Time positions available.
6. Required skill(s): selling skills, presentation skill, negotiation skill, Excellent Leadership skill.
7. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
