PT. National Sago Prima, a company under PT. Sampoerna Agro, Tbk, is seeking motivated and capable individuals will be based in Tanjung Bandul/Selat Panjang, Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti – Riau for position:
General Admin Superintendent (GAS-9)
Responsibility:
Leads and control factory support activity and administration (finance, personnel, warehousing, and other supporting facilities)
Requirement:
- S1 degree in Finance Accounting/ Business Administration from reputable university,
- 3-5 years experience as KTU agro processing,
- Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc),
- Having ability to work in a team, good communication skill, strong leadership skill, good planning and organizing, and achievement orientation,
- Having knowledge of accounting, personal and office management,
- Willing to be places in project site.
Plant Superintendent (PTS-9)
Responsibility:
Plans, coordinates and control processing of sago starch
Requirement:
- S1 degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering from reputable university,
- 3-5 years experience minimum in food/ agro processing,
- Having knowledge of production management,
- Having ability to work in a team, good communication skill, strong leadership skill, good planning and organizing, and achievement orientation,
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to be places in factory site.
Maintenance Supervisor (MTS-9)
Responsibility:
Plans and supervises maintenance of factory and utility system
Requirement:

Requirement:
- S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university,
- 3-4 years experience minimum in food/ agro processing,
- Having ability to work in a team and achievement orientation,
- Having knowledge of maintenance management,
- Willing to be places in factory site.
Shift Supervisor (SHS-9)
Responsibility:
Plans and supervises day-to-day operations of sago starch processing
Requirement:
- D3/ S1 degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering from reputable university,
- 2-3 years experience minimum in food/ agro processing,
- Having ability to work in a team, strong leadership, achievement orientation,
- Having knowledge of factory operations and work safety,
- Willing to work in shift,
- Willing to be places in factory site.
