SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER (Based in Shenzhen, China)

Responsibilities:
  •  Production engineering team leader: responsible for production defective parts analysis and corrective actions; line stoppage support for process abnormalities and failure part analysis; production model changeover support in motor and rear housing assembly machine and fixture buy off and verification
  • Process improvement team leader:  production defective rate reduction/DPPM reduction;process capability and stability analysis and improvement; process optimisation; fixture and machine improvement
  • Lead, guide and mentor a team of technicians for daily production engineering activities progress and overcome barriers and technical difficulties
  • Cross functional activities with production, Quality Assurance and Business Unit Quality Engineer teams
  • Driving for product defective parts, failure verification and analysis, measurement and testing, data preparation and define corrective actions
  • Implementation and driving production line stoppage corrective and improvement activities due to process abnormalities and high DPPM
  • Accountable for product defective rate reduction \DPPM reduction

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electron Engineering
  • 6-10 years working experience in Johnson Electric or similar motor manufacturing company, experience in fast and high volume manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and experience in motor production process and equipments is a must
  • Hands on experience of process improvement and optimisation, strong analytical, problem solving and execution skills
  • Knowledge if quality and process improvement tools such as Design Of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, 5 Why and 4M/1E analysis method, Fishbone Diagram, 7 QC tools, 8D methodology, etc.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and lean manufacturing concepts such as TS16949, Gemba Kaizen, Muda Elimination, Line balancing, Production line layout development, time study and motion study, and One-piece
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • 5-day stationed in Shenzhen Plant


SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Based in Shenzhen, China)

Responsibilities:
  •  Effectively execute product roadmap for engine air management applications, manage products from start to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) stage
  • Assist the Business Unit Business Development Manager to drive business development opportunities by support on cost and timing
  • Full ownership of launched projects up to PPAP stage
  • Responsible to deliver profitability at PPAP stage that has been expected during quotation stage
  • Responsible for all Advanced Product Quality Planning documentation
  • Responsible to escalate project issues when reviewing milestones
  • Generate ideas for product development to the Business Development Manager and BDD

Requirements:
  •  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • 6-10 years of experience, engine and throttle development and automotive related background preferred

SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER (Based in Shenzhen, China)

Responsibilities: 
  • Leading new process design, development, implementation and monitoring on new product project introduction to achieved required product functional and quality levels
  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of technicians for daily project progress and overcome barriers and technical difficulties
  • Develop and evaluate lean manufacturing/assembly process for motor development and product launching with Gemba Kaizen tools/method, CS look across implementation and lesson learned concept
  • Development of assembly and testing fixtures/machines for new process station with Fixture Design and Prototyping Department and Machine/Method departments with Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis, workstation safety, fixture design and reliability methodology
  • Development of optimised process and machine parameters and setting to achieve required product functional and quality levels by Design Of Experiments and Statistical Process Control tools
  • Support development and implementation of new production assembly procedure and process/product control parameters through Quality Function Deployment and key product/process control (SPPC/Key Process Characteristics) analysis

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electron Engineering
  • 6-10 years working experience in JE or similar motor manufacturing company, experience in fast and high volume manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge and experience in quality control/analysis tool such as Design Of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, 7 QC tools, Risk analysis and risk management: Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Advanced Product Quality Planning, TS169, quality function deployment (QFD), etc.
  • Experienced with manufacturing machine, fixture and sensors and understanding of UL ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 9001, DFM, Gemba methodology. Muda elimination is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge and experience in motor production process and product development and manufacturing phase project implementation is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with Solidworks and SPC software such as Minitab

DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Based in Shenzhen, China)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving /exceeding the budget target on Sales and Profit of PC ( Asia) and co-ordinate with PC regional teams for new business development
  • Develop existing and new business to achieve Asia business development growth and execute PC Asia business strategy
  • Work closely with the application engineering team and support global business leader of PC to ensure that different global platform will be executed in Asia smoothly
  • Achieve business growth objectives, implement and execute strategic programs (PC Asia) and actions including product quality improvement, and resources planning for market penetration/ segmentation
  • Responsible for the Profit and Loss, deliver gross margin and net contribution profitability within the Asia operation
  • Work closely with Head of Operations to ensure a smooth running of the operations and on time delivery in good quality of the final products to the customers

 Requirements:

SENIOR MANAGER, QUALITY (Based in Shenzhen, China)

Responsibilities:
  • Establish & manage a Quality Assurance Function in mass production, development, system & general support; develop Quality System & Quality plans while providing leadership role in the development of Quality Managers & staffs in the organization.
  • Provide ongoing support to both internal & external customers for Quality & Reliability concerns; develop & implement & manage system of KPI for management efficiency & drive continuous improvement activities using Six Sigma, Gemba Kaizen, TCM & other similar strategies.

  • Hands-on experience in quality improvement together with customers, suppliers or internal staffs.
  • Experienced in setting up Quality Function/System/Department in similar quality system in automotive environment.
  • Working experience in all key quality tools, e.g. Control Plans, FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, PPAP, APQP, MSA, QC Circles and so on.

Responsibilities: 
  • To handle DE project according to customer request.
  • To perform new motor/part/component design, motor testing, sample preparation, customer approval, and mass production.
