Job Description:
Ensure all forestry activities are carried out in a safe manner, within company and OHSAS rules
Comply with all applicable safety regulation and standards
Ensure all Safety programs implemented in all harvesting operations area
Assist on monitoring Health and Safety Program in Forestry area in order to reduce accident/damage and illnesses
Conduct regular safety inspection and coordinate with area responsibility to develop corrective action plan
Qualifications:
Male, maximum 30 years old
Bachelor degree in Forestry or Public Health with 1 year experience in same position
Good understanding accident reporting, investigation, recording system, Heath/Safety management system
Harvesting Planner
Job Description:
Organizing Team Leader to do compartment survey base on quarterly basis
Organizing scaling supervisor to ensure scaller to do scaling wood in the field and on the Truck
Organizing Internal Audit Scaling to check the result of measurement by scaller base on SOP
Monitoring measurement progress by GPS
Ensure and monitoring all scaling wood, micro planning standard operating procedure has been implemented properly
Monitoring productivity of scaling team and always think continuous improvement needed
Qualifications:
Male, maximum 45 years old
Bachelor degree in Forestry
Good knowledge to read map and planning concept
Having min. 5 years experience in harvesting and planning operation
Harvesting Superintendent
Job Description:
Ensure all forestry activities are executed in accordance with contract specifications and meet end user requirements
Request harvesting plans and maps from clients, prepare the harvest schedule to ensure all volume and land handover targets are achieved
Scheduling and coordinate all manual labor arrival, work program and departure
Manage and Control harvesting infield logistic support
Scheduling and organize mobilization of Heavy Equipment harvesting processes
Prepare, implement and report on scheduled allocation of physical harvesting activities
Qualifications:
Male, maximum 45 years old
Bachelor degree in Forestry
Good understanding of general business administrative procedure, costing models, forestry, harvesting, transport and Heavy

Harvesting Crew Supervisor
Job Description:

Monitoring harvesting progress for all manual activities as per plan and ensure follow on SOP
Monitoring mobilize of crew when area has completed and make moving plan to another felling block
Scheduling and organize mobilization of Heavy Equipment harvesting processes
Prepare, implement and report on scheduled allocation of physical harvesting activities
Qualifications:
Male, maximum 35 years old
Bachelor degree in Forestry
Good understanding of general business administrative procedure, costing models, forestry, harvesting, transport and Heavy equipment system

Harvesting Crew Shift Leader
Job Description:
Ensure all forestry activities are carried out in a safe manner, within company and OHSAS rules
Perform the job following Standard Operating Procedures
Determine campsite and make preparation camp site establishment
Ensure the area compartment allocated has been micro planed and surveyed for PHI data
Monitoring harvesting progress for all manual activities as per plan and ensure follow as Standard Operating Procedure
Qualifications:
Male, maximum 30 years old
Minimum Senior High School with 2 years experience in same position or Fresh Graduate Bachelor degree in Forestry
Good understanding of general business administrative procedure, costing models, forestry, harvesting, transport and Heavy equipment system
Assistant Trainee
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Agriculture / Forestry / Civil / Environment / Health & Safety
Minimum GPA 2.75 (Scale 4.00)
Good command in English (passive)
Willing to undergo a training period of 9 months followed by 3 years bond period with the company
