Job Summary :
- Performance Management : As liaison to business unit to execute in performance management socialization and implementation, monitor implementation progress, identify and recommend area of improvement
- Industrial & Employee Relation : Assisting Head of HR Services in socialization and implementation of company regulation monitor implementation and propose updates, supervise documentation of disciplinary action
- Database Management : Administer employee database in HRIS (Human Resource Information System), update, review, provide regular or irregular report required internally or inter-departmental and to third party
- People Development : To arrange and execute people development plan and activities (example : organizational changes, organization structure, employee’s surveys, talent management, etc)
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from any major preferably in Management, Psychology, Law or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR area
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Computer literate (esp. Ms. Power Point & Ms.Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service Oriented
