Project & Design Architect

Responsibilities:

• Able to independently lead and develop design concepts and ideas

• Plan and execute projects from design stage to the construction stages

• Liaise with clients, other consultants, authorities, contractors.

• Manage and direct team members within the company and on site

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of high quality

Requirements:

1. Possess design flair
2. At least 5 years experience in construction project administration
3. Good communication skills
4. Good team leadership
5. Registration with BOA will be an advantage
