DP ARCHITECTS SDN BHD is an established architectural firm providing architectural, urban planning, master planning, building due diligence, refurbishment works and interior planning services.

We are currently involved in a multi-million high-rise luxurious mix-development projects located at the Golden Triangle and in Vietnam. We are seeking for talented, dynamic, qualified individuals for the following positions:-

Senior Architects
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all architectural teams in project-in-charge.

• Work closely with Team Leaders to highlight discrepancies in drawings or lacking areas to ensure smooth delivery of project.

• Liaises with contractors and consultants on work site.

• Review drawings, RFI, material samples, method statement, etc.

• Liaises with design team on design, co-ordination issues.

• Attend meetings with design team and co-ordinates with all disciplines involved in projects (e.g. architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, interior design and landscaping).

• Co-ordinates site inspection and authority clearances.

• Oversee and monitor progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues.

Requirements:

1. B. Architecture.
2. Min. 8 years of relevant experience in architectural practice.

Architects
