Position Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university, preferably with major in Technology or Business is preferred

Minimum 3 years experience in Program or Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement or Change Management

Experience in data migration project

Must have good track records of delivering large applications or implementing business process improvements in banking industry

General literacy in banking industry, products, clients and sector trends

Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Credit Analyst Officer (CAO)
Position Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university

At least 3-4 years experience in analyst SME/Commercial Lending within a full service bank, preferably within a Risk Management role

A good understanding of the Bank of Indonesia Regulations and general law relating to lending and securities

Sound financial analysis skills

Ability to command a PCAA commensurate with the role

Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to manage risk in a commercial environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with business partners

PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail

Property Consultant (PC)
Position Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university

Has a qualification as Real Estate Valuer

Member of Associate of the Indonesian Institute of Valuers

At least 3-4 years experience in analyst SME/Commercial Property/Property (Residential) within a full service bank, preferably within a Risk Management role

A good knowledge of the Indonesian Real Estate Market

Position Requirements

Able to independently learn new technologies and business concepts.

Highly proactive and self motivated as well as able to work in a team.

Able to communicate complex concepts in a clear way.

Creative thinking and problem solving

Have a project management skill

Provide mentoring and guidance to others and provide input into recommendations.

Deliver, or participate in, presentations to internal & external clients and deliver quality outcomes.
